The Cardhu Story
I acquired my first English Springer Spaniel
in 1985, in New Zealand, after careful
research into buying a Cocker! Now, after 20
plus years, I still have the same enthusiasm
and dedication to the breed. Like most dog
people I have had my good times and bad
times, but a Springer tummy to tickle always

Current Show Team
Currently, the team consists of a mix of
youngsters and oldies. We look forward to the
ongoing development and updating the web
pages as kids progress. The idea is to have a
happy show dog, be competitive in the ring -
and most importantly - to have fun outside the
ring.
The latest additions can be seen on the puppy
page.

Litters/Puppies
I only breed when I intend to keep a puppy for
myself. So one can be assured all puppies
have the very best of attention, nutrition and
health checks. I do my best to raise healthy
and well balanced puppies, as I only keep one
or two pups from a litter, the rest go as family
pets and i know how important it is to have
well balanced pups.. New owners of Cardhu
puppies are supplied with a comprehensive
guide to raising and feeding their young pup,
based on my 20 plus years of breeding
experience. They will have had their first
inoculations. Local puppies are supplied with
their first few days food.

I have campaigned many NZ & Australian,
champions plus 1 Aus/NZ Champion -
most under the Cardhu prefix. I have also
bred Australian, NZ and German
champions campaigned by others.
